Pinless Moisture Meter

The Pinless Moisture Meter offers a completely non-invasive method for measuring moisture content in wood and a wide range of building materials. It provides precise relative moisture readings from 0.0% to 100.0% with a fine resolution of 0.1%, allowing you to detect even the smallest traces of dampness without leaving unsightly pin holes or damaging the material.

A key feature is its high-frequency sensing technology, which can measure moisture at depths of 20mm to 40mm below the surface. This is ideal for assessing hidden water damage behind walls, under flooring, or within structural timbers. The multifunction backlit triple LCD display shows readings clearly in all lighting conditions, while the Automatic Data Hold function freezes the measured value on screen for easy recording.

For safety and efficiency, the meter is equipped with two user-adjustable alarm levels. These trigger both an audible beeper and clear visual indicators (flashing ‘RISK’ or ‘WET’) to immediately alert you to potential problem areas. It features automatic calibration in dry air upon power-up, a low battery indicator, and an auto power-off function to conserve battery life.

Housed in a rugged design, it operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 110°C.
