Texas Instruments 3.3V Fixed LDO Voltage Regulator. 150mA output, 280mV dropout, SOT-23-5 package. Ideal for battery-powered electronics.
The Texas Instruments Fixed LDO Voltage Regulator is a micropower, low-noise, ultra-low dropout device designed to deliver reliable performance in battery-powered applications. It provides an output current of up to 150mA with a typical dropout voltage of just 280mV, ensuring efficient power regulation even with minimal input-to-output voltage differentials.
Utilising an optimised Vertically Integrated PNP (VIP) process, this regulator achieves exceptional performance. It offers a precision output voltage with 1% tolerance and maintains low quiescent current—just 75µA at a 1mA load and 850µA at a 150mA load. By adding a 10nF bypass capacitor, output noise can be further reduced to 30µVRMS within a 30kHz bandwidth, making it ideal for noise-sensitive designs.
