ForgeFix TechFast Hex Head Stitching Screws, 6.3 x 22mm, Pack of 100
Self-drilling, corrosion-resistant ForgeFix screws with weatherproof seal for cladding & roofing. Zinc-plated, 100pc pack.
The ForgeFix TechFast Hex Head Stitching Screws are engineered for efficient and durable joining of cladding sheets. Featuring a self-drilling point, these screws enable quick and hassle-free installation, reducing labour time significantly. The hex head design ensures a firm grip and easy driving, making them ideal for high-volume projects.
Beneath the aluminium flange, a rubber washer expands under pressure to create a permanent weather seal, protecting joints from moisture ingress. This feature makes them perfect for external applications where weather resistance is critical.
These screws are zinc-plated and treated with an 'Elementech' coating, providing superior corrosion resistance—tested to withstand 1,000 hours of salt spray. With the ability to join up to three sheets of 0.7mm thickness, they offer versatility for various cladding and roofing applications.
Key Features:
- Self-drilling point for quick insertion
- Hex head for secure driving and reduced tool slippage
- Rubber washer forms a weatherproof seal when compressed
- Zinc-plated with Elementech coating for corrosion resistance (1,000-hour salt spray tested)
- Fixes up to 3 sheets of 0.7mm thickness
- Pack of 100 screws for bulk projects
Designed for professionals, these screws combine speed, durability, and protection—ideal for roofing, cladding, and sheet-metal installations.
