This heavy-duty enclosure features a thick-wall design with an average wall thickness of 3.3mm, moulded from a flame-retardant ABS plastic and stainless steel fibre compound. It meets UL flammability rating 94V-0 and is IP54 rated, offering protection against dust and water splashes.
The countersunk lid is secured with four M3 x 0.5 - 0.71” (18mm long) Philips machine screws, screwed into threaded integral brass bushings, making it ideal for applications requiring repetitive assembly and disassembly.
