The HAMMOND IP67 ABS Enclosure is a versatile and robust solution for securely housing printed circuit boards (PCBs) or DIN rail mounted components. Manufactured from general-purpose ABS plastic with a flammability rating of UL94 HB, this enclosure is designed to withstand challenging environments while providing reliable protection.
The light grey (RAL7035) enclosure features a gasketed lid with a tongue and groove construction, ensuring excellent resistance against oil, dust, and water ingress. The high-temperature, UL-listed silicone gasket is factory-poured, enhancing durability and sealing performance.
Designed to meet IP66 and NEMA 4, 4X, 12, and 13 ratings, this enclosure is ideal for industrial and commercial applications where environmental protection is critical. The lid is secured with self-captivating M4 stainless steel machine screws (included), which thread into integral stainless steel bushings for added strength.
Inside, you'll find threaded M3 internal brass inserts and/or standoffs suitable for M3.5 or #6 self-tapping screws, alongside vertical PCB card guides and internal DIN rail mounting tabs for easy component organisation.
