The Harwin DIL IC Socket is a high-quality 14-way DIP socket designed for reliable integrated circuit connectivity. Featuring a robust glass-filled polyester body that is UL recognised, this socket ensures durability and long-lasting stability in demanding electronic assemblies.
Equipped with reliable four-leaf beryllium copper contacts, the socket provides excellent electrical conductivity and secure insertion. These contacts are plated with 0.25µ thick gold, enhancing signal integrity and resistance to corrosion. The tin-lead plated brass pins offer secure soldering to the PCB, while the auto-insertable design facilitates efficient automated manufacturing processes.
With a pitch spacing of 2.54mm and a row pitch of 7.62mm, this D28 range socket is supplied in a complete tube containing 29 pieces.
