Hultafors Hults Bruk Ekelund Hunting Axe - 850g Head, 500mm Hickory Handle
Premium Swedish forged hunting axe with hickory handle. Ideal for forestry and game preparation. 850g head, 500mm handle
The Hultafors Hults Bruk Ekelund Hunting Axe is a premium tool designed for both forestry work and game preparation. Featuring a hand-forged Swedish steel head struck 40-60 times for increased density, this medium-weight axe delivers exceptional durability and cutting performance. Its convex grind cutting edge comes sharpened and polished, ready for immediate use out of the box.
The comfortable 500mm American hickory handle is treated with linseed oil for enhanced strength and longevity, making this axe equally suited to demanding forestry tasks as it is to precise skinning work. Supplied with a protective leather sheath for safe storage and transport.
This hunting axe carries the legacy of Gunnar Ekelund, the 19th century Swedish squire who revolutionised axe production in Scandinavia. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern performance, it makes an ideal gift for hunting enthusiasts or outdoor professionals who value quality tools.
