IDEAL modular plugs are engineered to work seamlessly with the IDEAL Telemaster™ and FT45™ series of modular plug crimp tools. The CAT6 connector features a three-piece design (sled, liner, and plug body) that allows for field termination while maintaining the proper pair twist ratio in the connector body. This design ensures optimal signal integrity and reduced crosstalk.
Each plug includes 50µ gold-plated contacts for minimised wear and improved conductivity, along with three-pronged contacts for a secure connection to individual wires. The non-keyed (standard) connectors are compatible with standard crimpers, making them versatile for various setups. Additionally, the primary and strain reliefs secure the cable jacket in place for enhanced durability.
