The IDEAL-TEK 2ACF Replaceable Tips Set is expertly crafted from PA66/CF30 polyamide 66, reinforced with 30 wt% carbon fibre. This advanced material composition provides very high rigidity, alongside excellent tensile and flexural strength, ensuring fatigue and creep resistance during demanding tasks.
Designed with ESD safe properties, these tips prevent powder attraction, spark generation, and potential ignition sources, making them highly suitable for sensitive electronic environments. The tips feature a very low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and boast good heat capability. Additionally, they offer low friction, self-lubricating properties, and excellent wear and abrasion resistance for long-lasting performance.
These spare tips demonstrate good chemical resistance against oils, grease, fuels, and non-polar solvents. Please note, they are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, or hot water and steam. The straight, flat tip design is ideal for precise handling tasks.
