The INFINEON BTS443P is a sophisticated high-side power switch engineered with advanced Smart SIPMOS® chip-on-chip technology. It integrates a robust N-channel vertical power FET with a charge pump, a current-controlled input, and diagnostic feedback featuring load current sense. This design delivers exceptional power management capabilities with built-in intelligence and protection, making it a reliable choice for demanding electronic control applications.

This component excels in providing comprehensive embedded protective functions to ensure operational safety and longevity. These include short-circuit protection, precise current limitation, overload protection, and overvoltage protection. It also safeguards against system-level faults such as loss of ground and loss of Vbb (battery supply). It features fast demagnetisation of inductive loads and is optimised for excellent static electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), minimising interference in sensitive circuits.
