The device offers a wide operating voltage range and is optimised for improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), fast demagnetization of inductive loads, and stable behaviour during under-voltage conditions. The logic ground is independent from the load ground, providing greater design flexibility. The inputs are ground-referenced and CMOS compatible, ensuring easy integration with microcontrollers and other logic systems.
