The INFINEON ICE3B0365J is a highly integrated power management controller designed for efficient switch-mode power supply (SMPS) applications. This CoolMOS™-based IC combines a 650V avalanche-rugged power switch, a startup cell, and a fixed-frequency current mode PWM controller in a single DIP-8 package, simplifying design for compact and reliable power converters up to 10W.

Engineered for performance and energy efficiency, the IC features an active burst mode operation that achieves extremely low standby power consumption, typically below 100mW, making it ideal for products with stringent energy-saving requirements. Its 67kHz fixed switching frequency with frequency jittering significantly reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI), easing compliance with regulatory standards.
