INFINEON IRFI540NPBF Power MOSFET, N Channel, 100V, 20A, TO-220FP

The INFINEON IRFI540NPBF is a robust 100V single N-channel HEXFET® Power MOSFET. Engineered with advanced planar technology, it delivers extremely low on-resistance per silicon area alongside fast switching performance, making it a highly efficient component for demanding power management applications.

This MOSFET features an isolated TO-220FP package designed for safety and reliability in high-voltage environments. It provides a 2.5kVrms high voltage isolation rating, with a generous 4.8mm sink-to-lead creepage distance to prevent electrical arcing. Furthermore, the device is fully avalanche rated, offering enhanced durability against voltage spikes and transient energy events.

Key electrical specifications include a continuous drain current (Id) of 20A and a low drain-source on-state resistance (Rds(on)) of just 0.052ohm, minimising power loss and heat generation.
