The Integral Evofire Fire Rated Downlight is a safe and attractive fitting designed for GU10 LED lamps (not included). It provides a combination of essential safety certifications and practical performance features for a reliable installation in a variety of domestic and commercial settings.

A key thermal advantage of this downlight is that an installed GU10 lamp runs up to 10°C cooler than in a typical can-style fire-rated fitting. This helps to extend the operational life of your LED lamps and contributes to overall system efficiency and safety.

The fixture holds a critical fire rating of 30, 60, and 90 minutes, certified in compliance with BS476 Part 21:1987. This makes it suitable for installations where maintaining the fire integrity of ceilings is a regulatory or safety requirement. Furthermore, it meets building regulations for airtightness (Part C and Part L) and resistance to sound transmission (Part E).

With an IP65 rating, the downlight is fully protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, making it ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, or other areas where condensation or occasional moisture may be present.

The fitting is supplied in a smart Satin Nickel finish and comes in a convenient pack of four. For installations requiring a larger cut-out, a colour-matched adaptor is available to expand the opening to 100mm. Its compact design and 70mm cut-out diameter ensure a clean, discreet appearance in the ceiling.
