IP54 Black Flame Retardant ABS Enclosure - 120x80x55mm

The IP54 Black Flame Retardant ABS Enclosure is ideally suited for the vertical mounting of printed circuit boards, offering a versatile and robust housing for various electronic applications. Moulded from easy-to-machine flame retardant ABS plastic, this multipurpose enclosure ensures both safety and durability for your components.

Designed with practicality in mind, it features integral card guides that securely accept 1.5 mm (0.062”) PC cards. The lap joint construction provides reliable protection against the ingress of dust and splashing water, successfully meeting IP54 standards for use in challenging environments.

Securing the enclosure is straightforward and highly effective; the lid is fastened using M3 x 10 mm Philips machine screws, which thread directly into integral brass bushings. This guarantees a firm fit and allows repeated access without wear. For specialised needs, an RFI/EMI shielded version is also available.
