Engineered for maximum adaptability, the browguard features three distinct fitting positions. Its over-the-crown slide fitting, combined with forward and back adjustment mechanisms, maximises compatibility with different head shapes and sizes, ensuring a secure and personalised fit for every user.

A key feature of the EVOGuard®C Industrial Browguard System is its seamless integration with Sonis® mounted ear defenders. The Sonis® range has been rigorously tested and certified as compatible, providing a cohesive and reliable hearing and head protection solution for use with JSP Evolution® safety helmets.

The system is designed to maximise compatibility across the JSP product ecosystem. It works flawlessly with the Force®8 respirator featuring PressToCheck™, Springfit™ disposable masks, and the full Sonis® mounted ear defender range, creating a comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) system.

Securing the unit is the innovative JSP Revolution® wheel ratchet, which ensures the browguard is tightened securely and held firmly in position. This reliable mechanism maintains a stable fit regardless of the task intensity or the amount of user movement involved.

For enhanced comfort during extended wear, the system comes complete with a wraparound, replaceable Chamlon sweatband backed with soft foam. This design offers superior moisture absorption and comfort, contributing to a better user experience throughout the workday.
