The KNIPEX 125mm Electronics Diagonal Cutter is a precision tool designed for ultra-fine cutting tasks, such as those found in electronics assembly and fine mechanics. Its 125mm (5”) size provides excellent control and access to delicate components, while a maximum cutting capacity of 1.5mm ensures it can handle fine wires and leads with ease.

The tool features very precisely ground and sharp cutting edges with extremely small bevels, enabling exact and clean cuts on fragile electronic parts. For applications requiring a completely flush cut, alternative models without a bevel are also available. These cutting edges are further enhanced through induction hardening, achieving an impressive hardness of approximately 64 HRC for exceptional edge retention and durability.

Weighing approximately 20% less than conventional electronics pliers, these diagonal cutters reduce hand fatigue during prolonged use. A bolted joint with meticulously manufactured surfaces ensures an even, low-friction movement throughout the entire opening range, contributing to a smooth and precise feel.
