KNIPEX Electronics Diagonal Cutters 115mm Flush Cut

These KNIPEX electronics diagonal cutters are designed for precise, fine cutting work in electronics and fine mechanics. The mirror-polished head provides effective rust protection thanks to a fine film of oil, preventing circuit faults caused by peeling chrome from plated tools. The narrow sleeves extend to the head of the pliers, allowing secure and comfortable guidance, even between thumb and index finger.

Featuring a sturdy, zero-backlash box joint and a low-friction double spring, these cutters open gently and evenly, reducing hand fatigue during repetitive tasks. The cutting edges are induction-hardened to approximately 57 HRC and are additionally laser-hardened to at least 60 HRC, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and durability. The flush cut design, with ball-bearing steel and laser-hardened cutting edges, delivers clean, precise cuts without bevels.

The handles are fitted with multi-component covers and are load-optimised for a more direct feel when working, providing comfort and control. The mirror-polished head and red/blue multi-component grips give a professional finish. With dimensions of 115 x 65 x 17mm and conforming to DIN ISO 9654, these cutters offer a cutting capacity of up to 1.3mm for soft and medium wire.
