Constructed with a moulded epoxy body and matte tin-plated copper alloy leads, this device offers reliable performance and good solderability. Its sophisticated bipolar SCR/diode structures can protect up to four independent lines by clamping transient spikes of either polarity directly to the power supply rails, ensuring sensitive digital or analogue input circuits are safeguarded.
A key advantage of the SP724AHTG is its combination of very low leakage current (typically 1 nA) and extremely low input capacitance (typically 3 pF).
