It features automatic AC/DC detection, alongside optical and acoustic continuity testing up to 500kΩ. The device also includes polarity indication and a double insulated cable for enhanced safety during operation. For use in poorly lit areas, it is equipped with a convenient LED torch. The tester is ergonomically designed for comfortable handling and built to be durable, ensuring it can withstand the rigours of daily use. It is also fully compatible with the Martindale PD690 proving unit.
Additional testing capabilities include a phase rotation test ranging from 120V to 400V, with an LED resolution covering +/- 12V, 24V, 50V, 120V, 230V, 400V, and 690V. The voltage measuring range for AC is 12V to 690V, and the display type combines both LED and LCD for clear readings. It operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 55°C. Supplied with 2x AAA batteries, this voltage tester is ready for immediate use straight out of the box.
