Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus, providing up to 512-Kbit of total address space. The device supports a clock frequency of up to 400kHz and operates over a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It includes Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression and output slope control to eliminate ground bounce.
