Engineered for superior performance, it integrates a low-resistance N-channel boost switch and a synchronous P-channel switch, achieving remarkable efficiency levels of up to 96%. Its advanced low-voltage technology allows the device to start up from an input as low as 0.65V without causing high inrush current or output voltage overshoot.
