Compact MICROCHIP 8-bit flash MCU with 10-bit ADC, 128B EEPROM. Ideal for automotive, industrial & consumer embedded control.
The MICROCHIP PIC12F675-I/SN is an 8-bit flash-based CMOS microcontroller, delivering powerful PIC® MCU architecture within a compact 8-pin SOIC package. It is easy to program with just 35 single-word instructions, making it an excellent choice for embedded control applications where space and efficiency are critical.
This microcontroller features a 10-bit Analogue-to-Digital (A/D) converter with 4 channels, enabling precise analogue signal measurement. It also includes 1 comparator channel, 128 bytes of EEPROM data memory, and 1.75KB of program memory. The data memory is partitioned across two banks for efficient data handling, with general-purpose and special function registers clearly organised.
