Polarising ribs and polarising back walls on the housing provide clear orientation, eliminating the risk of mismatched mating. The terminals are equipped with locking tangs for secure retention within the housing.

This receptacle is part of the RPC (Reflow Process Compatible) connector system and features reflow matte tin plating for excellent solderability. It is suitable for both signal applications (KK 254 connector system) and power applications (KK 396 connector system), making it a versatile choice for various electronic assemblies.
