The Motorola XT420 On-Site Business Two-Way Radio is designed to help successfully coordinate resources and personnel in demanding environments. Built to military specifications, this rugged radio offers the durability needed to outlast high noise, tough conditions, and hard use, ensuring reliable communication when it matters most.

Featuring 8 channels and 219 private codes, the XT420 provides flexible and secure communication options. Advanced voice activation (VOX) allows for hands-free operation, while enhanced audio quality ensures clear transmissions even in noisy settings. The radio also includes programmable buttons, a tri-colour LED indicator, and channel announcement with voice alias for ease of use.

Additional functionality comprises simplified cloning, radio mic gain, and a time-out timer. Profiles are interchangeable with the older XTNi series using free customer programming software (CPS programming cable required). The device is IP55 rated for protection against dust and water, and comes supplied with a long-life Li-Ion battery and a charger featuring a UK mains plug (type G).
