The contacts are tin-plated (1.5-micron thickness) with an additional 0.2-micron gold plating, enhancing corrosion resistance and signal integrity. The glass-filled polyester insulator provides superior insulation resistance (5000MΩ) and thermal stability (-55°C to +125°C).
