Multicomp Pro 20-Core Screened Cable 0.2mm² Black 100m

Multicomp Pro 20-Core Screened Cable is a 100 m screened multicore cable with 20 cores and 0.2 mm² conductors, designed for high-density wiring between components within instruments and electronic equipment.

Overview

This cable uses tinned, annealed copper conductors (7/0.2 mm) and a tinned copper wire braid screen. The screen provides protection against electromagnetic interference, while the conductors offer excellent conductivity. The cable is supplied on a 100 m drum and has a black PVC jacket.

Key Features

• Tinned, annealed copper conductors (7/0.2 mm)
• Tinned copper wire braid screen for shielding against electromagnetic interference
• 20 cores with 24 AWG wire gauge
• Conductor area (CSA) of 0.2 mm²
• Current rating of 1 A and voltage rating of 440 V
• Temperature range of -30 °C to +70 °C (fixed) and -15 °C to +70 °C (flexed)
• Minimum bending radius of 7.5x OD (fixed)
• Black PVC jacket

Applications

The cable is suited to low-power applications and is used in aircraft, process control systems, computers, data processors, military vehicles, and equipment. It is intended for wiring between components within instruments and electronic equipment, and it meets the DEF STAN 61-12 Part 4 product range standard.

Installation Notes

The minimum bending radius of 7.5x the outer diameter applies to fixed installation, which supports routing in tight spaces. The flexed temperature range of -15 °C to +70 °C applies to flexed use. The cable is supplied on a 100 m drum for convenient handling.

Choose the Multicomp Pro 20-Core Screened Cable when you need a 100 m screened cable with a 20-core layout and tinned copper conductors for wiring within instruments and electronic equipment.
