Multicomp Pro DPPK D-Sub Backshell DA, 15 Way, Black Nylon

The Multicomp Pro DPPK Series D-Sub Backshell offers a compact and attractive design, constructed from robust black nylon (polyamide). Featuring a lightweight, hinged single-piece moulding with retaining latches, this backshell ensures a secure and reliable connection for your D-Sub connectors.

Designed for practicality, it includes a cable clamp with self-tapping screws for effective strain relief, accommodating cable diameters between 3mm and 11mm. The straight cable outlet (180° exit angle) facilitates neat and straightforward cable routing in tight spaces.

Equipped with long jackscrews featuring a moulded top for colour coding, it allows for easy identification. The standard jackscrew thread is UNC 4-40, with M2.5, M2.6, or M3 available as options to suit various mounting requirements. Operating seamlessly within a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C, this backshell is built to withstand demanding environments.
