The Multicomp Pro MP-11-100/85 is a snap-action thermostat switch designed to regulate system or environment temperature by sensing changes at 100°C. It activates or deactivates heating or cooling systems accordingly, maintaining desired temperature levels in a variety of applications.
This switch is normally closed and automatically resets at 85°C, operating across a voltage range of 125V to 250V at 16A. Its robust construction features AgNi/Cu (T2) stationary and movable contacts, a brass stationary arm, and an alloy copper movable arm, all housed in a PF case with a PF top cover. The bimetal disc, aluminium cap, ceramic actuator pin, and SUS430 flange ensure reliable performance and durability.
The thermostat switch is suitable for use in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, appliances, and various industrial and commercial applications. With resistance between terminals below 50mohm at DC5V/0.25A and insulation resistance above 100Mohm, it meets GB14536.1-2008, GB14536.10-2008, GB/T22687-2008, UL60730, EN60730-1, and EN60730-2-9 standards.
