Multicomp Pro Thermal Switch, NC, 140°C

The Multicomp Pro MP-11-140/120/E121B14H221 is a precision snap-action thermostat switch engineered to maintain desired temperature levels within a system or environment. Designed to sense temperature changes, it activates or deactivates heating or cooling systems accordingly, ensuring efficient and reliable temperature regulation.

This thermostat is configured as a Normally Closed (N/C) automatic reset switch, operating seamlessly across a voltage range of 125V to 250V at a robust 16A. Its construction features a high-quality AgNi/Cu (T2) stationary and movable contact with a brass stationary arm and an alloy copper movable arm, housed within a PF case. The durable design includes a bimetal disc, an aluminium cap, a ceramic actuator pin, and a SUS430 flange for secure mounting.

With a set temperature of 140°C ±4°C and a reset temperature of 120°C ±6°C, this thermostat switch is ideal for a wide array of applications. It is commonly used in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, appliances, and various industrial and commercial equipment to provide accurate over-temperature protection and control. The switch ensures reliable performance with resistance between terminals below 50Mohm at DC5V/0.25A and insulation resistance above 100Mohm with DC500V between terminals and cap.
