The Nexperia PMEG6045ETP is a high-temperature, planar, maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky Barrier Rectifier. It features an integrated guard ring for stress protection and is encapsulated in a small, flat lead surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package.
This rectifier offers an average forward current of up to 4.5 A and a low forward voltage, ensuring efficient operation. Its clip-bonding technology delivers high power capability, while the low voltage rectification and high efficiency make it ideal for DC-to-DC conversion and switch mode power supplies. The device also provides reverse polarity protection and low power consumption, and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
