The MBRA210LT3G is a surface-mount Schottky Power Rectifier from ON Semiconductor, housed in a moulded epoxy case. It utilises the Schottky barrier principle in a metal-to-silicon power rectifier, featuring epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact for enhanced reliability and performance.
This rectifier is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes. Typical applications include AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection and O-ring of multiple supply voltages, as well as any other application where performance and size are critical.
Key features include an ultra-low forward voltage, a guard-ring for over-voltage protection, and a highly stable oxide passivated junction. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial environments. It is also UL94V-0 flammability rated.
