High-speed dual-channel optocoupler with 2.5kV isolation, 10Mbps data rate, and DIP-8 package. Ideal for isolation in power systems.
The ONSEMI HCPL2631 is a dual-channel Logic Gate Output Optocoupler, designed for high-speed digital signal isolation. It features an 850nm AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a very high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output. The open collector output allows for wired OR configurations. A maximum input signal of 5mA provides a minimum output sink current of 13mA, supporting a fan-out of 8 TTL loads. An internal noise shield delivers superior common mode rejection of typically 10kV/µs. With a data rate of 10Mbps and a double working voltage of 480V, this optocoupler is ideal for demanding applications in sensing instrumentation, computers, peripherals, and power management systems. The DIP-8 package ensures easy integration into standard PCB designs. Please note that market demand has caused extended lead times; delivery dates may fluctuate.
