The ONSEMI NC7SZ125P5X is a TinyLogic® Ultra High Speed (UHS) buffer with a 3-STATE output, designed for high-performance digital applications. Fabricated using advanced CMOS technology, it delivers exceptional speed with high output drive while maintaining remarkably low static power dissipation across a broad operating voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V. This combination makes it ideal for power-sensitive, high-speed systems.
A key feature is its high-impedance inputs and output above ground, with the output capable of tolerating voltages above VCC when in the 3-STATE condition. This over-voltage tolerance on the inputs facilitates seamless 5V to 3.3V level translation, enhancing design flexibility in mixed-voltage environments.
