The Pimoroni Plasma 2350 is an all-in-one, USB-C powered controller designed for driving WS2812/Neopixel and APA102/Dotstar addressable LED strips. Powered by the RP2350A chip (dual Arm Cortex M33 running at up to 150MHz with 520KB of SRAM) and equipped with 4MB of QSPI flash supporting XiP, this board offers a powerful and flexible platform for your LED projects.
Featuring a convenient USB-C connector, it provides both power and programming capability (up to 3A), enabling you to drive multiple LEDs without external power supplies. The board is easy to program using C/C++ or MicroPython, making it accessible for both beginners and advanced makers. A user-programmable button, dedicated reset button, and an onboard RGB LED add convenience for interactive applications.
The Plasma 2350 also includes QW/ST (Qwiic/STEMMA QT) and SP/CE connectors, allowing for quick and easy expansion with compatible breakouts. Screw terminals ensure a secure connection for your LED strips, while the board is supplied fully assembled – no soldering required. Compact dimensions (12x22x61mm) make it a space-saving choice for a wide range of projects.
