Protect fibre splices with PRO POWER 40mm fusion sleeves. 50-pack, steel rod, adhesive seal, quick-shrink, efficient.
PRO POWER Fusion Splice Protection Sleeves are specially designed to restore the environmental and mechanical integrity of optical fibre cables after fusion splicing. Each sleeve features an outer heat-shrink tube with a stainless steel rod for single fibre splices, ensuring proper alignment and rigidity of the spliced fibre.
The integrated adhesive liner creates a permanent environmental seal, bonding to both the fibre and the heat-shrinkable outer tube. This encapsulation protects the fusion splice joint from moisture, contaminants, and physical damage, while also providing vibration damping for long-term reliability.
The sleeves offer quick shrink time and easy installation, which helps to reduce the risk of damage to the delicate optical fibre during the splicing process. Supplied in a pack of 50, each sleeve has a length of 40mm and a recovered maximum inner diameter of 2.5mm (0.1 inch).
