The Proto-Advantage 1.27mm Pitch 40-Pin Male Header to DIP-40 Adaptor provides a reliable solution for converting a 40-pin dual row male header to a standard 300mil width DIP-40 format. Designed with a 1.27mm pitch, this adaptor is perfect for prototyping and integrating surface mount components into through-hole breadboards or printed circuit boards.

This adaptor arrives fully pre-assembled with top and bottom headers already installed, saving valuable time during your build process. The top side features a gold-plated dual row surface mount vertical male header, while the bottom side utilises two gold-plated single row surface mount vertical male headers. The DIP pin type consists of wire wrap pins with a 0.64mm square profile, ensuring secure and consistent connections.
