T GLOBAL Gap Filler 0.5mm Sheet

The T GLOBAL Gap Filler is a 0.5mm sheet designed to provide excellent thermal management and electrical insulation for electronic components. Made from a soft, highly compressible material, this gap filler is easy to assemble and conforms well to uneven surfaces, ensuring optimal contact for effective heat dissipation.

Acting as an efficient shock and vibration absorber, it protects sensitive components from mechanical stress. It is specifically used on ICs, CPUs, and MOS components, as well as in the connection between boards and enclosure walls, to facilitate reliable heat conduction away from critical areas.
