TEXAS INSTRUMENTS 2-channel ESD protection device. Low capacitance TVS, 5.5V, SOT-5. Ideal for high-speed signal terminals & networking.
The TEXAS INSTRUMENTS 2-Channel ESD Protection Device is a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) based electrostatic discharge protection solution. Designed to safeguard high-speed signal terminals, this unidirectional device features a central ESD clamp with two hiding diodes per line to effectively reduce capacitive loading. Additionally, the central ESD clamp is connected to VCC, providing robust protection for the VCC line against transient events.
Each IO line is rated to safely dissipate ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 international standard, ensuring superior defence for sensitive circuitry. With an ultra-low typical IO capacitance of 1.5pF and a maximum low leakage current of just 1nA, this device maintains excellent signal integrity while drawing minimal supply current.
Key Features
Housed in a compact SOT case style with 5 pins, this device operates at a voltage of 5.5V and features a maximum clamping voltage of 105.5V, making it highly reliable for demanding electronic applications.
