High-accuracy 2kΩ thin film SMD resistor. ±0.1% tolerance, 0.1W power rating, 0805 case. Ideal for precision electronics.
The TT ELECTRONICS / WELWYN PCF0805R-2K00BI is a 2kΩ, 100mW precision surface mount chip resistor, engineered for applications demanding high accuracy and stability. Its thin-film material is selectively deposited on a robust 96% alumina substrate, with metallic contacts at each end within a compact 0805 case size.
The manufacturing process ensures exceptional reliability. The unadjusted resistor undergoes heat treatment to achieve the required temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and long-term stability. A precisely controlled laser trim process then fine-tunes the resistance value to the exact specification. The chip is protected with an epoxy coating and features wrap-around terminations that are plated with nickel and a matte tin finish.
