The VERMASON Anti-Static ESD Safe Component Box is an essential storage and transit solution designed to protect static-sensitive electronic components and devices. The box is supplied with high-density foam inserts in both the base and the lid. Key Features and Protection

The interior features two distinct foam layers for comprehensive protection. The top layer is a 13mm thick pink static dissipative foam, which safely controls the discharge of static electricity. Beneath this lies a 6.35mm thick conductive crosslink black polyethylene foam, adding another layer of ESD safety. This construction, known as the Protektive Pak® system, ensures a static dissipative surface resistance within the safe range of 1 x 10⁶ to 1 x 10⁹ ohms.

A critical design element is the buried shielding layer, which is integrated to minimise sloughing and rub-off contamination. This prevents particles from the foam itself from contaminating the sensitive components stored inside. Furthermore, the box is proudly manufactured from 100% recycled material, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your ESD control procedures.
