The VISHAY Ceramic Disc Capacitor is a radial leaded, lower voltage, single-layer device designed for DC and pulse applications. Part of the 564R series, this capacitor features a ceramic disc with silver plating on both sides, ensuring excellent conductivity and reliable performance.
Connection leads are constructed from tinned copper with a diameter of 0.032 inches, and the component may be supplied with radial kinked leads featuring a spacing of 0.25 inches. It is coated with either a standard resin or a flame-retardant epoxy resin that complies with UL94V-0 standards for enhanced safety.
This capacitor offers low losses, high stability, and high capacitance in a compact size. With a capacitance of 0.01 µF and a voltage rating of 3 kV DC, it is built to perform dependably across an operating temperature range of -25°C to 105°C.
