The VISHAY MKT470 series capacitors are radial leaded, metallised polyester film capacitors designed for general-purpose applications. Featuring a 5mm lead pitch, these non-polarised electrical components utilise an insulating polyester film as the dielectric, ensuring reliable performance across a variety of electrical circuits.

Built to withstand demanding environments, these capacitors boast a flame retardant plastic case and an epoxy resin coating with tinned wire leads. They are fully compliant with IEC 60384-2 standards. With a capacitance of 6800pF and a tight tolerance of ±5%, they operate effectively within a broad temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, making them highly versatile for varying thermal conditions.

The robust construction offers a rated DC voltage of 400V and a rated AC voltage of 200V, alongside a GRADE II humidity rating for dependable operation in humid environments. Measuring 43mm in height, 33mm in width, and 15mm in depth, this through-hole mounting component is suitable for compact and efficient circuit board design.
