The VISHAY SS3H10-E3/57T is a high-voltage, surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for demanding power management and industrial applications. This component combines low power losses with high efficiency, making it an excellent choice for circuits where thermal management and energy conservation are critical.
Its key performance features include a very low forward voltage drop (max. 800mV) and a high surge current capability of 100A, ensuring robust operation under transient conditions. The rectifier is built with a guard ring for enhanced overvoltage protection and utilises high barrier technology to deliver stable, improved performance even at high temperatures, with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C.
Housed in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) case with a UL94V-0 flame-rated moulding compound, it offers both safety and reliability. The terminals are finished with a matte tin plating for improved solderability. For easy circuit orientation, a colour band clearly denotes the cathode end polarity.
