VISHAY Ultrabright Red LED, Through Hole, T-1 3/4 (5mm), 50mA

The VISHAY TLCR5800 is an ultra-bright LED designed for high-end applications that demand supreme luminous intensity. It features a clear, untinted, non-diffused lens housed in a Ø5mm package, which is optimised for exceptional light output and visibility. This component utilises advanced ultra-bright AlInGaP technology on a GaAs substrate, providing superior performance and reliability compared to standard LEDs.

The LED is engineered for robustness, offering features such as a high electrostatic discharge (ESD) withstand voltage of up to 2kV, a 5V reverse voltage rating, and a power dissipation of 135mW. It is also a halogen-free, green product, aligning with modern environmental standards. The compact, round lens shape and a narrow 4° viewing angle concentrate the light into a powerful, focused beam with a typical luminous intensity of 35cd.
