The WAGO 230V DIN Rail DPDT Relay Module is a highly reliable component designed for industrial and commercial electrical control systems. This module features a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) configuration with two changeover contacts, allowing it to control two separate circuits simultaneously. The contacts are made from durable AgNi 90/10 (silver nickel) material, offering excellent electrical conductivity and resistance to wear. It is rated for a limiting continuous current of 8A and can handle a maximum inrush current of 15A for 4 seconds, making it suitable for controlling motors, solenoids, and other inductive loads.

Operating from a nominal input voltage of 230VAC ±10% with a low input current of just 4mA, it is energy-efficient and compatible with standard control voltages. A bright red LED provides clear visual status indication, confirming when the relay coil is energised. The compact unit is designed for easy DIN-35 rail mounting and boasts an IP20 rating for basic protection against solid objects.

Termination is straightforward, accepting solid or fine-stranded conductors from 0.34 to 2.5mm² (22-14 AWG) via its push-in connection technology, which speeds up installation and ensures a secure, maintenance-free connection. Constructed to endure demanding environments, it operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40 to 70°C.

This relay module complies with key international standards including EN 61010-2-201, EN 61810-1, EN 61373, and UL 508, guaranteeing safety and performance. Its compact grey housing measures 86mm in height, 15mm in width, and projects 54mm from the DIN rail, allowing for high-density installations in control panels and distribution boards.
