XP Power FIHM Chassis Mount Filter, 250V, 10A

The XP Power FIHM Chassis Mount Filter offers high attenuation dual-stage filtering housed in a compact, shielded metal case. Designed specifically for medical applications, it features a low earth leakage current of 5µA at 250VAC, making it suitable for sensitive environments where patient and operator safety is paramount.

Input and output connections are made via 6.3 x 0.8mm Faston terminals for straightforward integration. For optimal performance, the filter should be installed as close as possible to the mains cable entry point to minimise radiated emissions from the mains cable within the equipment.

Suitable for Class I appliances, all models are equipped with a bleed resistor to safely discharge the filter capacitors when power is disconnected. The robust design ensures reliable operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +110°C, with full power operation maintained up to +50°C.
