CK TOOLS Sensoplus ESD Side Cutter, 115mm, Mini Bevel, 77g

The CK TOOLS Sensoplus ESD Side Cutter combines precision engineering with specialist protection for sensitive electronics. Featuring a 4 1/2” (115mm) oval head with a mini-bevel cut, it is designed for controlled, flush cutting in confined spaces, making it a top choice for professionals in electronics manufacturing, assembly, and repair.

Constructed to the highest standards, this cutter features an induction-hardened blade with durable Tungsten carbide cutting edges, ensuring a long-lasting, sharp performance that can cleanly snip hard, medium-hard, and soft wires. Its precision box joint provides a smooth, accurate, and consistent cutting action without any play or wobble.

Key Features for Electronics Work

• Full ESD Compliance: This tool is fully compliant with IEC 61340-5-1 & 5-2 standards. Its fully dissipative construction safely channels electrostatic discharge away from sensitive components, preventing costly damage to PCBs, microchips, and other electronic parts.
• Mirror-Polished Surface: The high-gloss, polished finish eliminates the risk of surface flaking. This prevents conductive particles from contaminating the work area, which is critical in cleanroom or ESD-protected environments.
• Maintenance-Free Spring: A spot-welded double leaf spring is integrated into the design, removing the need for future adjustments or replacements and guaranteeing a reliable return action.
• Ergonomic Handles: The dual-component handles are ergonomically shaped to provide a secure, comfortable grip, reducing hand fatigue during prolonged use. The design offers excellent control for intricate cutting tasks.
