UK Delivery

For all UK Mainland orders, we offer FREE delivery. If you require quicker delivery, we also offer an express delivery service for an additional cost.

International Delivery

The cost of international deliveries varies based on the size of your order and the delivery location. You can determine the final delivery cost during the checkout process.

When it comes to shipping, we rely on various trusted couriers for both UK and worldwide orders. Rest assured, all orders are shipped with tracking for your convenience.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days.
  • European orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • For worldwide orders, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

We pride ourselves on dispatching orders promptly; all orders are sent out within 48 hours of payment clearance.

Important Note About Customs

For international orders, it's important to be aware that customs and import charges may apply. These charges are determined and imposed by the customs and import department in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and they can vary significantly from one country to another. To avoid any surprises, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any orders incurring customs or import charges.

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 28-day money-back guarantee for all orders (excluding Custom/Bespoke Orders).

Standard Returns

If you find that the item is not what you expected and wish to return it, please ensure it's in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Faulty Products

In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, kindly notify us within 14 days via our messaging system. We will promptly provide you with a Returns Authorization Number (RMA). Once we receive the faulty product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange and reimburse you for any postage costs associated with the return.

When requesting an RMA, we will also supply you with a list of authorized couriers and services to facilitate the return process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
