The DFROBOT FIT0483 is a compact 6V brushed micro gear DC motor featuring a built-in encoder that measures the motor's speed in real time. With an average output of up to 7x2x100 pulses per revolution, this motor provides precise feedback for a wide range of robotic and automation projects.
The motor is equipped with a long 9.0mm D-profile metal output shaft, compatible with the 42x19mm and 32x7mm dimensions of the Pololu wheel. The brass faceplate includes two mounting holes threaded for M1.6 screws (1.6mm diameter, 0.35mm thread pitch). For secure installation, you can use the dedicated mounting bracket or extended mounting bracket, both designed to firmly hold the gear motor while enclosing the exposed gears.
